All terrariums and products are handcrafted and therefore unique. Slight variations in appearance, size, and plant composition are normal and expected. Product images on our website are representative; each piece will have its own character.

• We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice
• Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and include applicable taxes
• We make every effort to display accurate colors, but actual colors may vary

3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You have completed email verification as required for payment
• You authorize us to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method

We accept payments through JazzCash and EasyPaisa only. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs).

All customers must verify their email address before completing a purchase. This requirement helps us:

5. Delivery

• Terrariums are delivered with care; any damage must be reported within 48 hours

While our terrariums are designed to be low-maintenance and self-sustaining, proper care is essential:

• Keep out of direct sunlight
• Avoid extreme temperatures
• Minimal watering required for closed terrariums
• Follow the care guide provided with your terrarium

We cannot guarantee the longevity of living plants, as this depends on environmental conditions and care provided.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Silsila Market and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silsila Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
